     Once purchased, if your property on the Turkish Riviera is for use as a holiday home rather than a permanent move, then you may be interested in one of the Management Packs devised by letsgototurkey to ensure that your time here is hassle free and that you make the best out of your holiday home abroad rather than spending your time maintaining your property.
     We want you to get the most out of your property here in Turkey and enjoy the benefits of ownership in Turkey. We have the experience and local contacts to sort out whatever you may require in relation to your property.

Benefits
Increasing popularity of self-catering holidays- people want to go on holiday and have the freedom to enjoy Turkey without the restrictions of hotels. Growing numbers are turning to private accommodation for their holiday in Turkey.
With greater flexibility in the utilization of you property you can choose the times that you want to use the property such as Christmas, children holidays and rent the property to visitors the remainder of the year. Better return on your investment you can earn income, help with the mortgage, and cover those maintenance bills by renting out your property to a visitor.

Packages
We have set up 3 different packs priced at an annual payment rate. Some of the services* on the individual packs are included in the payment, others invoiced only when used and bills are forwarded directly to you for payment.
Ideally notice minimum of a week is needed to ensure services are carried out ready for your arrival, however opting for one of the Management Packs does mean that you have the benefit of a 24 hour service in case of emergencies and last minute visits.

Bronze Management Pack

Bronze

  • Payment of electrical bills

  • Payment of water bills

  • We will monitor your maintenance service for communal area

  • Check for flaws and defects of newly purchased articles

  • Email service provides updated information on bill payments , reports and any other necessary communication

  • Repair of damages: If any damage or the like has occurred our service worker will immediately contact your local caretaker/inspector if you have such. Our office is also contacted and will immediately contact you at the numbers you have given. Subsequently, it is agreed with you which steps to take and what is to be done. If we are not able to reach you, our service worker will close the water supply (burst water pipe) and on your behalf and your account contact our workman to start repairing the damage as soon as possible. We will of course follow-up on the work carried out and report back to you when finalised, at no additional charge.

  • Discounts to numerous stores: As an extra service to our customers you will receive a discount card to many interesting stores. You will in general be able to receive up to 20% discount when presenting the card.

  • A full inventory will be prepared on first visit.

  • A minimum of 12 visits per year. During each visit we will check that the house is in good state inside and out. Doors, shutters and windows will be looked at, as will gutters and down pipes. Inside, we will check for leaks or any other problems. This may vary since visits will be conducted after inclement weather. We will e-mail you a brief report after each visit.

  • A complete inspection for any damage or maintenance requirements inside and out.

  • Adverse weather inspections with a personal report if any work is required.

  • Secure key holding –access for any maintenance / cleaning to be supervised at all times.

  •  Removal of mail from letter box and sort to remove junk mail. Either left in the property or forwarded to your residential address.

Given suitable notice of your arrival, we will switch on central heating and hot water. In the event that anything untoward is found, we will notify you and, subject to your agreement, obtain quotes from local artisans and supervise any subsequent repairs.

Silver Management Pack

  • 325 euros per annum

Silver

  • A minimum of 12 visits per year (monthly in winter, fortnightly in summer - subject to alteration in the event of adverse weather conditions when a visit will be conducted following the bad weather). We will e-mail you a brief report after each visit.

  • Garden maintenance – as necessary, we will carry out mowing, leaf collecting, light pruning etc, and patio cleaning and putting away or bringing out garden furniture.

  • When customer chooses to rent property, we will arrange access for your tenants, confirm their departure and check for any damages.

  • Act as a telephone contact; calls out visits are charged separately from 25euro.

  • House closing for the winter: isolating outside water taps, outside lavatories etc and draining of water system (if necessary and accessible. Draining of central heating system by agreement.

Gold Management Pack

Gold

  • Enjoy your holiday to the utmost - let us take some of the strain. If you want to arrive at your home and relax, then the “Gold package” is for you.

  • Given sufficient notice of your visit, we will ensure that the house is cleaned and aired, the beds made, towels set out, the fridge, hot water and heating (if applicable) on, and we will do a shop for some of the basics. Guests taken to the property and shown around.

  • On completion of your visit, we will close the house down
